Press Conference(s) Tuesday to be of "Major Importance"

Good lord. JR didn't "dis" anyone. He just has a dry wit and sharp sense of humor. He wasn't picking on Morgan, he was joking with her.

He was asked about Harbough. He pretty much said that they were not interested in a college coach and wanted an assistant coach because they have a proven track record of being winning head coaches. That being the case he's certainly be nice to Harbough if he meet him. He wasn't trying to slight the man. He was being humorous.

I watched the whole thing on Panthers.com and didn't get any type of creepy, senile, or otherwise weird vibe. I got the impression of a man who commands respect, is a leader, and has clear goals for this franchise.

I can understand every decision JR and the Panthers have made considering the realty of the situations. It's easy to say spend whatever it takes when all you do is watch it on TV. It's a whole different thing when you're CEO of a company and have a much greater responsibility or repercussion.

This doesn't mean they have not made mistakes or have made decisions that I don't agree with but they are not just making decisions out of thin air.
