    Since the fan base is pretty pissed at the god-awful year we just had, do you think JR tries to select coach/player to increase fan interest, or purely to improve the team ?
    Obviously, I'd like a Harbaugh/Luck signing, but ...
    Would the combo of Russ Grimm / Nick Fairley make you want to run out and get season's tix ?
    Or if Luck doesn't come out, does Hurney grab Mr. Newton to put asses in the seats ? (I feel this was the only reason he picked Armanti last year).

    Wins put asses in seats, not players. JR and Hurney both know that. Armanti playing on a regular basis wouldn't have meant fewer empty seats...unless of course it translated into about 8 more wins.
