AEG Announces plans for Domed NFL Stadium in Downtown LA

From the folks who built the STAPLES CENTER, AEG recently selected 3 proposals to build a new domed NFL Football Stadium to be built in downtown (part of the current Convention Center would be torn down to build the stadium).

THE BOTTOM LINE: Yesssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss, there have been tons of proposals to build a new NFL Stadium in the LA Area for the last 15 years. But with a few teams having stadium issues (i.e. Vikings, Chargers) or small market challenges (i.e. Jags, Bills) I think in the next couple of years someone is going to move to LA . . .Too much money to make in a market that large.

PS: I like the Gensler plan the best . .

 

Lets just hope it is not the LA Panthers playing in that stadium.
