Was wide open for a TD that would have tied the game on the 3rd down play about mid way through the 4th quarter. BSP had a little pressure and never saw him. Dumped it to a TE, we failed to convert another 3rd down, and the rest is history.

Get a solid QB in there and we are not that bad. Smith and Gettis could be a very solid tandem. Lafell has shown flashes as well. I think Rosario could be a very good receiving TE if he had a solid QB.

Goodson has put up two solid games. I think our OL and run game will come around if we can just get some production from the passing game to balance it out.

Yes. We are that bad. We've had 2 QBs end the game with concussions and one has had his season ended. Until we can keep a guy upright, a solid QB is a pipe dream.

I've like Goodson all along. That's why I've advocated trading Stewart. Goodson had some nice runs, but there were also some that he couldn't get to the line of scrimmage. That's not a dig on Goodson, but on our running game as a whole. Our problem is not making plays, our problem is consistency. That is why we can't score points or sustain drives.

QB holding the ball too long....

    No good screen execution...

    No quick timing pass plays....

    Poor playcalling...

Contributes as much to qbs getting lit up as poor passpro.

Yep. I saw a few pass plays on second and long, where our three receivers all went beyond ten yards. We had a check down w a TE and a back who didn't stay to pass protect...this does NOT help us get third and manageable. EDIT: These guys were running routes along the LOS.

This is poor playcalling, flat out. We thought Henning was bad, but Henning was a GOD, next to this man. Davidson is honestly, I believe, a hundred times worse an OC than John Marshall was a DC, and Jeff Lewis was a QB.

The offense will continue to suck until a good line is in place. You can win with a mediocre quarterback, just give him time to make a throw...

The line is suffering from the coordinator as well, and the quarterbacks. It's all a big fucking mess. But yeah, they've been a total and complete fucking letdown.

Yeah I saw that too. He was even more wide open than he was on the TD. Nobody was within probably 15 yards of him. He could have almost stood in one spot waited for the ball and then start running and still made the endzone...

Jerry probably couldn't see it from his box though.... His view had to be blocked by all those motherfucking purple beachballs.

Yep, the corner let him go and the safety had rolled to the right side of the field. Wide ass open and i am screaming TOUCHDOWN at the top of my lungs.

The number of Ravens fans there was sad. But they travel very well when they are winning. I was at the new Meadowlands stadium for the first Monday Night game of the year, and they took over that place too. But whatever, that's a subject for another thread.
