Before this week, I would have said keep him through the year just on principle. But I agree with you....he's detrimental to the team right now. This Brian St. Pierre debacle is a political move, in my opinion, and when a HC is making political statemnents with on-field play, he's a detriment.

Me too. I wake up every morning hoping to see he's been fired. I've been a fan up until this season. Someone has to be accountable. How can you make players accountable if the coach and coordinators aren't? If the mistakes were just bad rookie play, I'd feel different.

This feels worse than the 1-15 season. At least we were competitive in some of those games.

And even if the mistakes could be blamed on inexperienced personnel, with good coaching we should be improving. We're getting worse on offense.

when your WR's are calling time-outs because they can't get the play off in time... yeah, that's a problem at the QB position. He's the field general, he's supposed to be guiding the troops into battle

and the play-calling is simplified over & over again & again... they all said as much, reduce the amount of plays the players have to run so they can play faster and not have to think so much... meaning they suck

we've sucked from the beginning, no td's in preseason so it was really ugly to start with... rotaing rookie WR's, Jarrett, a couple of other no names, and an undrafted QB with 3 rookie QB's backing him up.. OL having issues and now we're down 3 RB's... it doesn't matter who was coaching

This time last year, we were talking about who'd be coaching here in 2010. But then we blasted Minnesota, buried New York, and John Fox was back to being a motherfucking menace.

I do think this needs to be his final year, but I know he's going to do some crazy shit before he leaves.

If you paid attention, and I know people here did, the vets were horrible from preseason on, in that they were the ones getting the flags, dropping the balls, missing the blocks and tackles. Put agendas to the side for a moment and assess who is responsible for shit like that. To me, aside from the obvious "it's on the player", I can't see anywhere else to look besides coaching. Just a piss poor job out of the gate.

And btw, they have that shit cleaned up, they might lose a couple due to errant/ill advised throws but far from 8 games. Mostly not even competitive games at that.
