    Edwards, too.

absolutely, on this. I'd be fucking yelling at everybody about talking coaching changes in September, if our coach had a contract. Fans are petulant, an opening game loss and they want to talk about AJ Green (which is retarded anyway) or the top QB du jour.

Thats life man, when your 0 & 5, and things look like they're gonna get worse before they get better you wanna try and find something positive to talk about in all that misery. I know it sounds ironic and ive been guilty of it myself but at the end of the day im in this for the long haul, Im a Panther fan. I'll still be here long after the Polians, Capers, Seiferts and one day Foxy too.

Richardson obviously made a conscience decision to "ok" the roster decisions while also creating a "lame duck" coaching situation. I know its game time now and I truly pull for Carolina to win every game but I cant ignore it.

Regardless of whether Moore or Clausen is capable of doing it consistently yesterday's game shows that this team is not that bad when it has an efficient QB. We do not have to have Peyton but an average to slightly above average starting QB makes us pretty good. Imagine if we had Otah and the running game going.....

I am not ready to blow up this team. I would rather keep Fox and build on what we have. Sad that it is not likely to happen.

Let's not get wet panties here. We beat a team that is now 1-6. They have that record for a reason. While our performance had some high points, we still had some mistakes and gave SF a lot of chances to come back.

Just ask yourself, honestly, if Alex Smith stays in the game, aren't we talking about an 0-7 Panthers team today?

Probably, but there were visible improvements on offense, enough to warrant hope we can beat STL if we continue doing so.

We probably would be. The most likely question would be "how could our record be 0-7 having only played 6 games?"

I'll take "a loss to the 49ers last week would've counted as two 'L's", Alex...
