The U-Turn

I remember when I was little, by brother stuck me in the freezer and left me for dead. I guess the moral of the story is that you can survive adverse circumstances.

 

On defense I have no problems with anyone's play except Richard Marshall. I think he feels slighted that he was not given a huge contract by the Panthers. What he fails to realize is that as a RFA nobody else offered him anything.

Swartz, King and Gross are veterens that should not be having False Start penatlies. DeAngelo's an explosive back no doubt, but the move in the NO game was uncalled for. We were in FG range simply needed to run out some clock. Clowney's penalty in Sunday's game stalled a drive. Steve Smith has tried to run on several occasions before he has the ball locked up. Otah seems to me as lazy or does not want to risk getting hurt in an off year.

Coaching/Management made a mistake in letting Kendrick Vincent go. Poor pass block but great in the run game. Barndoor and the Duke are showing their lack of football playing time.

Until they spread the defense out they will continue to get 8/9 men in the box. No way to run behind what has become a suspect O-line. Claussen is getting his knocks. I don't think Moore will be back because he was never Fox's type player. They have JC, Pike and Edwards.

Jeff Davidson couldn't call a decent game if his wife depended on it.

 

I'm pretty sure Fox knew he wasn't ready, but with the fanbase whining and throwing tantrums, he was under a lot of pressure to try it. Especially since the last time he stood his ground it didn't turn out too good.

Would have helped if Moore had been better out of the gate. Wouldn't have necessarily had to win those games, just look like he was on the right track.

Kind of ironic that hey cut Jake to stay out of a QB controversy but ended up drafting one.

 

I think Moore simply looked like an 8 year old child in that Tampa game and he had to go to the other option. Maybe Moore can look grown back there this time if he gets the chance.

Yes, I was there, and he looked bad.

But the verdict is in: he looked like John Elway vs. Mr. Pickle. You simply have to try it again, and you're not taking a blind leap because Moore has proven an ability to win games before, against good teams.

 

That sounds horrible.
