I guess stranger things have happened but I just do not understand how Moore went from the guy who was so good at the end of last season to the guy we are seeing now. He was playing like a border line pro bowler at the end of last year but now he looks like he did back in 2006. I guess teams are more able to game plan for him but it is not all the defense he is struggling to make the easy plays.

does this mean you are officially off the matt moore bandwagon? the 10 win bandwagon too?

looking like a disaster. i suppose when we go to 0-3 next week, there might be some still banging the drum on “it's just 3 games!”
i'm actually a little proud of you thelt.

today brought reality home. The Giants are a good team, at times anyway, and fired up about opening the new stadium. If we can't beat the Bucs at our place then we are in for a long year.

He has had a whole off season to think about being a starter and taking the responsibility. Its not reaction this year, it looks like he is trying to be too careful. He looks to be a decent backup, but not a decent starter.

I think you need a little perspective-check, Thelty.

We are the youngest team in the NFL, not Tampa.

We do not have a 6'6", rocket-armed, mobile, smart quarterback. They do.

We do not have a pass rush. Apparently, they do, but then again, they we don't have a very good offensive line.

Additionally, their special teams (less the Goodson return) just tickled our asshole with a pitchfork for 60 minutes.

Everyone expected a win today. I expected a close one, but I kinda got out of the "we'll win/we'll lose" business around October 25, 2009. At this point, I go to enjoy a football game, in the hopes that we potentially win. (The win becomes the bonus issue)

    Agreed

Coming off the bench to mop up is one thing
Or finishing out the lost season

Knowing you are the starter and its all on you
    is another

Moore looks like he can't handle that

See Anderson, Derek - 2008 (made Pro Bowl) to 2009 (pulled for a young guy from Notre Dame named Brady Quinn) and ironically enough coached by Rip Scherer (Panther's current QB coach)
