I think we need get the oline right before we know what we have at QB and WR.

This is a disturbing trend under fox. We fall behind early in the season. Play like gangbusters (that is right, gangbusters is the word) at the end of the season when we have nothing to lose. Hell, we should be playing like that now.

it's not how you start, it's how you finish. so even if you dig yourself into a nice 0-for hole, and are all but mathematically eliminated from the playoffs come december, how you play then is what you're remembered for.

in a way this may explain in part the 3 playoffs in 8 years deal. probably should just go ahead and make that 9 years.

Any chance he just lives here now and is simply coming home?

I don't think so, I think he lives in the Tampa area.

Rhys Lloyd on his way to Charlotte for a workout

Kickoff specialist Rhys Lloyd is in the air flying from Minneapolis to Charlotte for a workout with the Panthers, according to his agent Frank Murtha. Lloyd will arrive tonight and presumably workout for the Panthers on Tuesday.
The Panthers have not yet offered Lloyd a contract.
The news doesn’t come as much of a surprise. Carolina’s current kickoff specialist Todd Carter is plagued by back spasms. Carter’s back tightened up on him during warmups Sunday and he could only do his job once before leaving the game. After that, John Kasay handled the kickoffs for the Panthers.
