That would be the Ravens camp.

And Fat Albert trying to pass the conditioning test at Skins camp.

I love this time of year. There's more information about your team than any other point in the year, most players aren't doomed yet, and half of the fanbase goes absolutely apeshit about a few mentions about a player that boil down to "I remember this one play".

I'm surprised the local TV stations aren't running a ticker about Albert like ESPN.

so from twitter (which I really trust better than random peoples' notes):

    Ed Johnson is fat.

He might take up space, and I haven't heard the problems that came in minicamp where he looked like a bad player instead of a fatass, but he doesn't fit the part either. We need a widebody, but he's gotta be able to play. If he spells Leonard and occasionally plays next to him that should be fine.

Greg Hardy is a star because he spin moved third string RT Rob Petitti.
Ironically this is the exact type thing that gets people the attention that they're better than the are, that can doom a guy with uneven effort. Luckily we have experience with a guy like this.

Norwood is apparently being called on to do everything he can. Gantt says he's in both rush drills and LB drills for pass coverage, and that they pull him mid-drill to switch.

    Goodson can block suddenly.

So we have competition for the kickoff guy spot between that rookie (that would actually be able to placekick) and the guy who works at the yogurt place. No word on that so far.

    So is Donte Curry.
Which, that guy fell out of the league in a hurry. Guys who are this good at special teams don't usually just get extinct. He really made a huge difference in 2008, enough that Delhomme singled him out when talking about how we had such shit coverage in 2009. A guy like that can make the difference when you're so bad that teams will bring kicks from five yards within the endzone.

    So Everette Brown isn't starting?

At least we didn't give away a first round pick for a situational pass rusher.
