The only way I would consider him is if I had a very strong QB like Peyton, Brady, Brees or Favre and felt like his grasp on the team was so strong that a guy like TO was not a threat. Pairing with a weak or unproven QB is going to be a train wreck.

t.o. is done. some team might give him a shot still, but he wouldn't help us much. we had an old wr on the roster, same draft class i think, and let him go.

national speculation shows us with 1 wr of note, who's flakey and has a busted arm, and a bunch of nobodies. it's just too easy to assume we'd go after an available player with a big name and declining skills.

T O will play this season

But his past will cause him to lower his $$

Even then it will take an injury for 1-3 teams to start getting interested

Best case - T.O. comes in, catches 50-something passes, and makes us a little better on 3rd down.

Worst case - Steve Smith ends up in county lock-up, and T.O. takes his own life after being placed on the non-football injury list.

    Hmmmm...

who else in that class is playing football? TO is pretty damn close to done, if not done. He's drumming up questions about whether or not he could be a distraction so that no one is talking about whether or not he has ability.

If he did not have such a checkered past someone would give him a shot. He put up decent numbers last year when you consider how bad the offense he played on was.

Other than TO having a great game against the Jags their stats are about equal.
