I see good RAC by both guys. Don't take it as that I'm downing Clayton's skills there. Williamson has better body control, and while might not be as elusive, I'd say it's pretty close. I think you're overstating by calling anything either player here has as a "huge edge" or "huge gap" or anything of that nature.

Yeah, Larry, Colbert's not that guy at all. Nor is Muhammad - which is why it's baffling that we took so long to edge out a deeper game and adjust to the lack of a WR with RAC ability.

We disagree. But for what it's worth, Williamson's lack of elusiveness is cited as a possible weakness in several scouting reports while Clayton's elusiveness is cited as a strength in pretty much all of them. Whether's that's an edge or a huge edge is pretty much in the eye of the beholder. But we both agree that Williamson is a long strider, which most would say is traditionally not a good trait for elusiveness and agility.

Besides, I think we both agree that Williamson wouldn't be used in that respect all that often. As a deep threat, he wouldn't be asked to turn short passes into long gains.

$100 says we don't get either one.

    A WAGER!

But seriously, you've got a pretty good chance of winning that bet. Cleveland, Chicago, Tampa Bay, Tennessee, Minnesota, Washington, Dallas, San Diego, and Houston all should be looking at WR in the early first round.

One's rated above us, probably won't fall (now that I believe the hype), and one seems rated below. If trends keep up, Roddy White might get picked before Clayton.

That and we technically have two starters. It's likely that you're right.

we do have two players that can start. the first round WR's are all becoming like Magnus said either too hot or too cold for where we sit. I mean, does anyone really expect Williamson to fall to 14 now? I dont think he gets past 13 at the very latest. Who know, maybe the Panthers were hoping the WR's would come off the board like that so they could go with a productive proven college player like a Taylor Stubblefield or a Reggie Brown maybe.

Wow that was a terrible draft for WR's.

Roddy White, Vincent Jackson. Like a dozen wastes of space in between.
