    What exactly got him picked number one overall anyway? Was it just the crazy Raiders? Having a strong arm should not be enough to get you the number one overall pick.

    He had upside, lots of people liked it (the talking heads said he had John Elway like ability) but everyone knew he would need a franchise that would help him and not enable him which isn't Oakland. It's not like Brady Quinn has made people they think they took the wrong QB, if anything they should've gotten Thomas or Johnson.

    It seems like the team with the number one pick always wants to take a QB whether he is good enough to go that high or not.
