    Thanks. This thing will hold a small car easy. She will be adding a hot tub later. This thing is only 960 sq feet.

    A few days. Really about three weeks. Weather played in some. Then the design changes. The steps were at first coming straight off the deck onto the ground not meeting on a landing. And went from 12 inch trends to 16 inches. Some some time to get lumber treated and shipped. Luck there is a place close by that can treat special order sizes.
