His heart won't be broken. Interesting we decided to bring him back considering we the 'youth movement'. We obviously felt we needed something more at DE and it probably wasn't there in FA and you never know in the draft

Always figured he'd be back. Brayton and Johsnon starting with Brown rotating in.

From what I read Brayton was lowballed little. I'm guessing he had to swallow hard and take less money than he wanted. Then again I don't know for sure what he signed for.

Brayton and Moose were the only 2 we let walk I was concerned about. That's one down.

    Save the moose!

Good move I think. I am sure he was cheap and he is only 30. I am not sure that he starts again.

I would like to see them bring Hollis Thomas back as well. He may not play much longer but he is a good insurance policy should our young DTs fail to get it done.

Smart move! Out of all the FA DE's out there right now(Burgess,Wilkerson,Babin,D.White), Brayton is the best. Good to have him back, solid player!

    agreed.

We can do without either, but there's an ability and leadership that both can bring.

For Moose it's a little different in that we only keep 3 active unless one is a returner, so does him being here keep us from having a young guy that'll get a jersey?

Anyway, Brayton makes a lot of sense to pair with Brown, and Johnson gets a shot at the other end. I'm good with that. I'm not ready to say it's done at end and tackle, but the need is much smaller.
