this day should forever be known as delhomme freedom day. of course, fowler has a column up already somehow proclaiming his release a monumental mistake on par with jeff lewis.

fowler should be fired then. Jeff Lewis was one of the top 3 worst signings Panthers history.....no, nfl history. Ive never liked Delhomme but he doesnt deserve to be mentioned in the same breath as lewis.

I'm sure Yas just chugged a Red Bull so he can write 5 pages about how badly Jake wants to rejoin McCoy in Denver.

It was more of a comparison to the release of Beuerline...which i guess there is a small correlation there. But still...his story is a bunch of crap. It's bittersweet...Jake did some great things here. Damn near won that Super Bowl by himself. But his time is up.

Kinda sucks. He's probably done, but he's a guy I can't help but cheer for. I would have liked to see what he could do in training camp and battle back. He'll catch on somewhere.
Shows, surprisingly, their faith in Matt Moore considering all the reports how they were hesitant to put him in because they weren't sure he could handle it.
The face of our team has drastically changed in the past week.

He was a good quarterback for us but it was time, we all know this. I wouldnt be surprised if he retired.

It was time but it's still the passing of an era.

By my count the Panthers have played in 10 playoff games in their history.

    Delhomme started 8 of them.
