That might be worth watching. TO seems to have calmed down a lot though. He did not make much fuss last year despite being on an awful team.

Owens was publically criticizing Trent Edwards after just one game. He whined until Fitzpatrick took over.

Jauron called him out too, but people made much less of a deal about it.

Fitzpatrick sucks, and I don't remember Owens lobbying for him at any point. Not saying that T.O. isn't an asshole anymore, but I think he's more realistic about where he is in his career.

Maybe whining was a bit strong and he was better than usual but here is what I was referring to:

    after the first game:

    After Fitzpatrick took over

I'm not sure what he saw in Fitzpatrick because the offense never really got anywhere. I guess there was a small spike in his own production, but not much. They beat us but that was thanks to Jake.

He's low risk at this point. I'm not sure if anyone will really want him though, so he'd probably be back in Buffalo if he wants to keep playing.

Owens also cried about how he wishes he'd had the QBs that Jerry Rice had, and if he had, he'd have been as big a star.
Of course he shared two QBs with Rice, had Pro Bowlers in McNabb and Romo, and Buffalo he did to himself. I don't know how many balls he expected to get in Buffalo but he'd have had to catch a thousand or so to be considered Jerry Rice.
