Its something to at least consider. With JStew looking awesome those last couple games and DW's contract coming up, it might be something to look at. They built the team on those two guys backs, along with the O-line, so I can't really see them doing that at all. Stewart's gimpyness also scares me a bit. While we have our O-line locked up, why not just have the two headed beast for as long as we can keep them and see where it takes us.

Most of those guys don't mind the fans coming up and saying, "Great season/game." or just saying, "Hi." It's when the fans go overboard saying, "Omigod, omigod, omigod! You're _____________! Can I have your autograph? You're the greatest player in the world! Blah, blah, blah." And acting like a moron.

I'd met plenty of NFL players at my gym when I lived in Columbia and I never went all crazy when meeting them. They appreciated the people that just spoke to them as normal people like I did.

ya. he was checking out, and while the cashier may not have known or cared who it was, there was no shortage of yokels and their little anklebiters and crumbsnatchers that did recognize him and lined up behind and beside him. i figured he didn't need 1 more. it's always a bit surreal when there are celebrities of any sort in public. when i was a kid, maybe 12 or so, we saw wrestler barry windham in a harris teeter. he was carrying a purse. surreal.
