    I think maybe he's realized his screw off time is over in Carolina. He needs to win next year. Does this means he plans on staying. I think he positioning himself to be a hot commodity after next season. Where ever he ends up most likely he will take as much of his staff as he wants to.

    If he's planning on being a hot commodity after next season, he'll have to do better than 8-8, and if we make the playoffs next year I imagine we'll try to keep him.

    not having Fox under contract for more than a year would seem to make a not so attractive position to an higher lever ST coach, promoting the assistant might be our only choice.... guess that's what made it such a hard decision to let Crossman go... ranking 32nd for the last 5 seasons seems like it would have been an easy one
