    You said that right. :MEPsychologist02HL:

Agreed, but some of the blame has to go on whoever's decision it was to keep starting him, whether that was Fox or upper management. :smash: :smash:

nothing you can really do about the finger pointing. It also would've helped if the rest of the team had played like this all year, though you could say there's hopelessness in what they dealt with at times.

But, clearly if we'd gone .500 against the shitty AFC East, all of which were winnable, we're playing for something. We're 3-2 in division, 7-4 in conference.

I won't defend Jake, but I can defend Fox. Miami wasn't good enough because he wasn't connecting, and NYJ game was awful, but the three games before that in timeline back from the Miami game were 115.8, 77.2, and 94.3. I can see a reason to stick with any QB that puts those games up.

Clearly the rest of the team might have played better back early in the season, if Jake wasn't putting us in such big holes with all his turnovers. Minus Jake is the difference now, he simply didn't give the team a chance. Remember there were a few games where DWill and JStew only got a few carries because we had to abandon the run?

In fact you could argue the team was even stronger back then (personnel-wise) with Gross, Otah and TDavis playing,,, than what we put on the field now.

With that said, would love to end the year giving the Saints a 3-game losing streak, although I agree I think they'll rest some starters, which is sort of embarrassing.

It is easy to say we should have put Moore in sooner but I do not think anyone had any reason to think he would be this good.

Thelt, put down the bottle, nobody said they knew Moore would be good.

But he's done well, and Jake's not out there sucking the life out of the team. IMO that is the difference why players are playing better now than earlier in the year.

Peter King is reporting that Payton told him Brees will be third string this week.

    Brunell to start.

I think it's a good move. Some people argue that they should try to win this game to regain some momentum, but I don't think playing well against the Panthers would mean a whole lot. They just need to take their lumps and get ready for the playoff game.

Only big question about tomorrows game is if Kim Kardashian & her Entourage will be in town to watch her 'boo' play (Reggie Bush, in case you didn't know) . . . . Im sure the local news outlets will be working on this to see if she will be here or not :) !!!!
