Troy Aikman's been pimping Fox all day, they're not gonna fire him. I'd just as soon keep him, let Moore play, and shitcan Jake. I sure as HELL don't want Scowler Cowher here, and who else would we get?

    Just play Moore.

yeah, the way we beat two bigtime teams really damns him.
    Or something.

Anyway, Moore took time to warm up. He stood by Jake too long, but not 10 games' worth of too long. I don't think there's some magical way that Moore plays like this all year when he couldn't beat McCown.

For the record, I don't want Cowher either,,, but I just don't ever see Fox giving anybody a fair shot against Jake.

Oh, I doubt he would have played like this from the beginning, but you have to remember how inept Jake was. No way he should have kept him job for as long as he did.

My opinion is that Fox should go. However he isn't going anywhere. We don't know if it wasn't the ownership pushing to keep Jake playing....who knows. But it was questionable if they would fire him before the finish. Now it seems certain he stays.

They are playing like a team that would make the playoffs and make some noise right now. They will finish no worse than 7-9. Fox will be back and Fox should be back.

I was amused with Aikman's praising, but his point about finding someone better is reasonable. Probably the best we can do. Cowher is a similar minded guy, so I wouldn't expect a great improvement there.

More reps with the first team and game time experience can do wonders for the maturation process. Some players get better and well some don't, but at least now Moore was given a fair shot at what he can do. He has progressed nicely each week.

The thing I really liked about todays game with Moore, were the correct decisions and the throws seemed to be more precise, so hopefully that will be a trend and not a one game fluke.

Did John Fox bring us to 7-9? Hell no, Fox's red-headed step-child Matt Moore brought us to 7-9.

If Jake don't come up with a broken finger, you guys know good and well Jake would still be out there, probably around 30 interceptions by now, and we're no where close to 7-9. You guys know that.

what sucks is that seeing how we've played some of the playoff teams in the nfc this year, i'm pretty fucking sure that we could be nfc champs had we made the playoffs.

but, i guess you could really say that about anybody.

    arizona- smoked
    minnesota- smoked
dallas- in it until the end
    new orleans- blew it
philly-ass whipping thanks to retarded qb play and normal panthers letdown

hahahaha, new orleans just got beat.
