    Suicide shouldn't be out of the question when you look at his history.

    I don't see how they could make a case against the driver for V-H. He ran after her and jumped onto the vehicle. She would have a reasonable argument for self-defense.

    "Loleini Tonga's MySpace page is filled with words of excitement over her pending marriage to Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chris Henry.

    She talked about buying wedding rings, outfitting bridesmaids and hiring a wedding photographer.

    Henry died early this morning after what police described as a domestic situation Wednesday in Charlotte that involved a pickup truck. No one has been charged, but police are investigating the Peachtree Road accident. They say Henry jumped into the bed of a truck with Tonga behind the steering wheel, and he fell out.

    Tonga's latest MySpace post, at 1 a.m. Wednesday, is titled “MRS..1…5*** canT get No betta.” Henry wore No. 15.

    She posted: “Mrs. C. Henry Jus put deposIt down 4 weDDing piCs... Paid 4 ouR riNgs... Bout 2 eaT wiT my maN n bay bayz.... Startin 2 geT a headache thinKing bouT dis weddin.. I need A cuP.”

    Henry was on injured reserve. The Bengal's Web site says the two were scheduled to be married in March. They have three young children together. They were in Charlotte visiting Tonga's parents, who live here.

    The MySpace page says Tonga graduated from West Charlotte high in 2002, attended N.C. A&T in 2006 with a bachelor's degree in communications.

    She lists her occupation as “MoNeY MAKeR!!! hoLLa at Me.” She lists here annual income as “$250,000 and higher.”"
