Didn't you leave because of him - and then not return under this name until around when he left?

I miss Collin. Minus the insults (which many time were entertaining) he brought a lot of perspective to the Panthers forum.

Yes and no. I left because of him (in a whiny sort of way), came back under a different name for a while then just said f-it; took my lumps for being a whimp and moved on. I still don't like Collin but I respected his knowledge. His being a dick is what makes him so entertaining and why he is missed.

Honestly, I haven't paid much attention the quotes some of you have in your signature line...those are pretty funny having read them now, even if you disagree.

Personally, I simply don't have the vernacular or knowledge to exchange barbs with him or Mags let alone the time to spend doing it....but it was entertaining to a point and then it got way overboard at times quickly. The thing is....I just quit reading the threads where it got away from me and moved on.

He did add spice to the board, but right now with all the fire this guy or this guy sucks talk, he would be insane with the flip flopping...and I am guilty of turning on Jake, Fox and Hurney this season. Whatever hope I had and whatever I have felt the need to defend them is gone...completely. I have 100% lost hope in those 3 guys and if they are all brought back I will then seriously question ownership.

Personally I enjoyed this board less when Collin was still here. He turned almost every thread into a pissing contest. It always ended up about him rather than football....

He was a little more caustic than normal in the College forum, and some people seem a little more on edge over there. Losing money betting on NCSU will do that.

I can't say I've really been upset by him, or anyone here. These are words, and most of you live a few time zones away. I've never gotten those who do.

FWIW, I think he was right on about the surgery's impact on Jake.

I dunno. I didn't ban him, I didn't look for it to happen. He's free to be here, or not. This board isn't all about one person either way.

the only incident i ever had with him was the year he decided green bay would win, and anyone that felt otherwise was the usual inbred anus-munching bloated gas-bag waste-of-space person etc.
the pack didn't win that year. but i gave him a pass on it. i do feel sorry for him, at least as much as you can have sympathy for an internet persona. but that doesn't mean he's not still guilty of high jackassery, no matter how smart he thinks he is, or isn't.

OutofState owned him pretty bad on at least one occasion. I felt bad for him then. Of course he denied it.
