Fox wasnt so sure after the game today. he at least sounded open to the idea of a change. maybe he is coming around too?

 

evaluate.
i'm not an nfl coach, but i don't know how you keep putting him out there, and keep any credibility. it's awful, plain and simple, especially when his “best” game this year featured a red zone int to end the game and another near int due to typical joke delhomme foolery. and so far it's the same bad fucking broken-ass record game after game. we got evaluate this time...but credit where credit is due. it beats the alternative. magic wands, bad days and bbq.

 

it is what it is

jake had a good run. its over everyone involed needs to relize that. I know its a broken record but jake can't make the big throws that made him a smith good. hell the medium throws arnt there anymore. this last game most of his completion were dump offs. I wacth all these teams with qbs putting up consistant good numbers and I look like a kid staring at puppy in the window. start moore. feelys not the guy and it sucks that jake isn't either.

 

i'm ready to see.

 

It's time. I'm suprised he made it back out after the last pick.

 

I don't see how he can throw a few great throws (one to Rosario right in stride and covered) and then throw directly to a defender. Of course one of those was pretty darn perfect too.

Its time. How's that contract extension working out now? Should have addressed this already.

 

Baffling...

Maybe all teams are baffling to thier fans, but its hard to imagine a team more baffling than the Panthers.

1. Why with an empty backfield and in serious comeback mode would Jake be taking the snap under center instead of being in the shotgun? Can you see Manning or Brady in anything other than the shotgun in that situation?

2. Other QB's are back there with time to look the field over and make some decisions...it seems the pocket is quickly collapsing on Jake at a much faster rate than other teams.

3. While our QB is under constant pressure, it rarely seems the same can be said for our opponent's QB (in most cases)

 

It's pretty simple. The Panthers are a bad team. They don't have the players or coches that the Patriots or Colts have.

 

Not if somebody takes him out.
