    well, you can officially close the book when you're 0-2. 0-1 there's still a chance to back into the playoffs.

    i dont think you understand why people are feaking out. its one thing to be 0-1, its another to look like a southpark pop warner team could give you a game.

    We gave Atlanta a game. It was one score and we had the ball with 8 seconds left. They were better, but we competed.

    I'm much prouder this week to be a Panther fan than last.

    i agree completely. but people shouldnt be trivializing fans' reactions to the first game, that may have been one of the worst panther performances i've seen, probably top 5 or so. and its cause for alarm. they played better this week so at least they have that going for them. all that being said, they are still going to have to make major improvements.

    They need to play better, I didn't say everything was fine, but firing the coach or starting threads about who else you're going to root for this year after one game is open season for jokes.
