    1. Cincinnati Bengal defense: Allowing 87 yard td pass w/ 11 seconds to go against Denver (Orton to Stokley)

    2. Buffalo's Leodis McKelvin: Fumbling kickoff return w/ 2 minutes left to play against New England.

Cincinnati & Buffalo blow sure wins!

McKelvin's ranks as the biggest boneheaded play of the first weekend imo. The Bills should have won that game. I guess that's the difference between the Patriots and Bills tho, one makes plays t win and the other makes plays to lose.

    Fluke?

    Where's the prevent defense?

Stokley is not going to beat a safety playing back!

Hell, let Orton complete a pass underneath & then swarm him.

    Stupid, careless, defense!

Yes it was a fluke, you can't call a defense to stop someone from catching a tipped pass. and what good was prevent? let them dump to a back all the way down the field so they get a winning FG anyways?

Also, everyone collapsed to the receiver. The tip took a funny direction. He should have knocked the ball down, sure, but it was a one in a million play.

they were in prevent, arguably, it was a fluke.

They were defending them from getting in field goal range, not the hail mary....it was too far for that. They were set up to defend the exact play they tried for which was getting out of bounds.
