    It is true that he is a system quarterback. His skill set favors a specific kind of offense. If he played for us, it would be a difficult adjustment for him and everyone else.

    WCO heavily favors the short passing game though. I think most people who didn't want Garcia were afraid he couldn't air out the ball.
