Dont be surprised if this happens!
The guy has barely practiced! (much like Salley)
A huge setback no doubt but not a devastating one.
With Goodson's impressive play and DeAngelo Williams emergence as one of the best tailbacks in the NFL.

Come on now guys (lol) I just wanted to get you guys thinking outside the box. This is a real possibility, it happened with Ryne Robinson last year and Salley this year.
Barely any practice time, didnt play in any exhibition games, and all of a sudden we see them put on IR!
My point is that we would miss him but It wouldnt kill our season.
Hope for the best but expect the worse.....especially the way this whole offseason's gone for us.

if he had to have surgery, this would obviously happen.
And no it's not insurmountable. We'd need some carries from Goods, and I think that's the hard part. You'd just stack the outside.

I talked to someone yesterday that's very tangently connected to Stewart and he told me that Stewart has a real bad case of tendonitis that isn't healing and surgery is pretty likely at this point.

Doesn't matter how little you are, or your style of running, if they stack the outside and nobody guards the inside...well with a little bit of luck, and some solid fundamental blocking, i could run for 3 yards :biggrinjester:...kindof.
