Good, now ESPN can focus their coverage where it really belongs, what did Michael Vick have for breakfast today?

Having to cover both Favre and Vick must have been stretching ESPNs resources pretty thin. Now Ed Werder can get back to more important things like who Tony Romo is going to slam this week. Sal Pal can get back to all things Eagles.

And we can all remember the good ole days when Fox Sports and CNNSI tv made ESPN actually have to do some work.

Good for him. Glad he's going out (assuming he'll stay out this time BIG assumption) without looking real bad

He's already said he is going to keep working out, isn't 100% about staying away according to NFLN's Scott Hanson

does that mean, sign with a team then realize his achilles is old and injured, and the Vikes will have to resort to a 3rd string guy because Farveaverde couldn't save the day?

Cmon, they've got Brady to cover now too...

and Favre's gonna unretire and reretire at least five more cycles before opening day...

No way they can handle all the pressure.
