    How come I got more from Kirwans one day at camp than all our beat writers together?

    Encouraging news. Its mad early, but at least Brown looks like he can compete.

    Kirwan knows football and knows what to look for. They just know how to pass on info on hits and catches and stuff anybody with two eyes can sed.

    yeah, our locals have good access but most of them look at who to focus on that'll make a story and ignore some of the other stuff. It'd be great to know a lot of things, that they never caught onto. Much of what's in Kirwan's report I'd heard in spurts but it's more interesting to talk about Goodson's father or Munnerlyn's first name.

    "great snap by Jansen" isn't useful info. Twitter seems to only exascerbate it.
