    stainless, mostly because it can be removed from stove top and put in the oven. except I never do that for anything and I can't really cook that well anyways but some cooking shows have the chefs doing that so I thought it was a good idea to buy all stainless and now I'm just kinda rambling so I stop.

    Non stick, but I'm an amateur and I don't really know shit about cooking. I do have a cast iron I cook cornbread in.

    Matter of fact, I just got a stainless steel skillet with a non stick coating. It's great. It cooks evenly with less heat and is easily cleaned.
