Scrambled, in omelets, over medium, poached, hard boiled.........

I have my own chickens and really, really enjoy my fresh, free-range eggs out of happy, healthy chickens! :woohoo:

And they don't come out of the chicken's ass.......

I usually have mine scrambled, in a burrito.

I've heard that, might be some credence to it. It's a bitch to thoroughly cook scrambled eggs and still have them come out soft.

    not really

nothing hard at all about properly cooking scrambled eggs.

Just like it doesn't take a rocket scientist to make an omelet. Some people just try way too hard to over complicate things.

I like them soft scrambled. Not runny, although like chip I would rather have them a little runny than over cooked. I just add a little water when I scramble them - sometimes milk - and a little onion powder. Sometimes I just fold them over so they are like a soft omelet. If I want them broken up good I just whisk them non stop while they are cooking. Key is to take them off the heat before they are completely done since they keep cooking.

Not hard - and if I happen to get distracted and over cook them I eat them any way and don't fret over the thirty cents worth of eggs I just over cooked.

I like eggs any way you can make them. I usually have them over easy, but I just ate some scrambled eggs with chopped spinach, mushrooms and mozzarella. It was very good :hurray:

put a couple drops of hot sauce in the bowl while scrambling...before you cook them...to get a great final product.

I love lots of egg in potato, macaroni salads. And a good deviled egg is hard to beat.

Me too! Especially in potato salad

How many of you eat those tasteless things with pale yellow yolks from the grocery store? If ya do, you don't know what you're missing. Fresh free range eggs with deep orange yolks are so much better :champagne:

I know what you mean. I raised laying hens up to a couple of years ago, sold eggs to my friends. I could have easily gone big time, the demand was so great.

No wonder you're so fat. Why don't you try an egg white omlette with vegetables. It won't do anything about how ugly you are but you might not have to buy size 38 pants.
