Possibly screwing himself out of millions.

Showing up flabby and having abandoned his combine workout is hurting him. He's Elton Brown-ing himself.

But there's no doubt he's talented, either.

Why would he run without a shirt on? He had to know he wasn't ripped or even remotely toned. Silly move, but I guess you don't have to be that ripped to play OL.

either he himself has poor judgement/logic or whoever's advising him has it.
But, while he's probably screwed himself from being a top 5-10 pick, I could still see him being a first rounder based on his feet, his tape, and so on.

As long as his work ethic is somewhat solid despite the fat and his personality doesn't suggest he's a total flake or axe murderer, that is.

My most concerning part with him isn't that he's kinda flabby - that happens. Not to elite guys, but that's part of what weeds them out. It's not a 5.28 40. It's that 19 x 225 bench press. I don't know how indicative of his strength it is, but that plus his vertical don't equal much functional strength. I did a quick study in 03 based on bench of first round and first day (when there were 3 rounds) and the average of OL in general in the top 90 players was 26. Average of first round linemen (typically tackles) was 27.

Not damning, but concerning. That does suggest work ethic issues - he's not maxed out for size, he's not weaker but light and athletic like a Walter Jones. I didn't know his bench was this crappy till this post.

He'll still go first round, some coach will think they can motivate him.

I have aa feeling once he gets that first paycheck what little motivation he has will quickly disappear. He doesn't seem to have much self-control or drive. He'll still be a first rounder I'm sure but whoever drafts him better have somebody riding herd on him 24-7.
