    that was about what I was hoping for (that it wouldn't go above that).

    Glad progress is being made. Get it done. He's a guy they want around, and it gets us the flexibility to make the move.

    It's about time. If Gross really is a team player he'll sign sooner than later.

    Looks like the path forward.


    And it's the guy they want who also wants them. Its not like the team didn't attempt to get Peppers signed before Gross. Not sure any of us thought he would want to move in a different direction.

    I am not sure Gross is worth that kinda money but I guess it is worth it to keep continuity. Our OL and running game played better last year than it ever has......


    I wonder what the first year cap hit will be on Gross's deal. I hope we can move Peppers quickly. Marty needs to start working the phones, preferrably to some AFC teams that run a 3-4....
