    Interesting not only because it's a stupid move but because waiting this long kept Gruden away from some other teams who were looking. I imagine that he jumps to the top of the Jets' wish list. As for Tampa Bay, maybe they figured that Kiffin leaving made this a good time for wholesale restructuring. I wonder if they'll go ahead and hand the reins to Raheem Morris.

    doesn't seem like Pioli's type.

    as for tampa, I suppose Morris could get some play, Shanahan is a name that fell off the radar but could do well there, and McCoy could just make the jump to head coach since he made our passing game so awesome.
