Everyone is saying he should have gone down in bounds after picking up the first down with a little over 2:00 left. The score was 31-23. I think the smart move was scoring. What's more likely? The Bucs get two onside kicks two touchdowns and a two point conversion or we fumble the field goal or a snap? We made the right move :)

No, he should have gone down. I've seen teams score twice under 2 minutes, but I've never seen a fumbled snap out of victory formation.

They actually only needed one onside kick, since they get the ball after we scored.

They damn near got the onside kick, too.

I haven't seen many injuries out of the victory formation, either. Scoring put our D back out there against an offense that was still putting forth an effort.

Since DW is on one of my fantasy teams, I am glad he kept running.

I also liked when we went up top for the Muhammad score against Atlanta when we were already up by 10+. People don't tiptoe around us when we're getting our asses whipped. I don't see why being successful on offense to close the game is a terrible thing.

Correct me if I'm wrong, not that someone wouldn't, but if he would have gone down, couldn't we have run out the clock by taking three knees?

    Wasn't TB out of time-outs?

We could have run it very close to the end of the game, but would have had to kick a field goal or punt or something with little time left. I see both sides of he argument, but the chance to get it to a two score game seems like a good move. Either way, its not a big deal.
