I was a little worried after KC beat Denver last week. When did Croyle get hurt? Wasn't he the starter for them ? I haven't paid attention to KC at all, but Larry Johnson rushed for 198 yards last week, we gave him 2 freaking yards.

If we could play like this every week we would be the shit. Today was a fun day to be outside watching a football game

I was there today. Love the Panthers, from KC and still pull for them as well, it was kind of odd today knowing the Panthers would win, but I certainly didnt expect a blow out like that. I did bet my Unlce that we would win by 17 or more and LJ would have less than 77 yards....Guess I won those two bets.

It was nice to see the Panthers dominate, but sad how bad the Chiefs are, they remind me a little bit of the Panthers last year after Jake went down, only worse.

Herm's QB problems have completely shot his entire chance at a winner in KC. There was talent left from Vermiel, all he had to do was put youth in front of it, but now that youth will probably be developing under another coach.

Nice to be on the right side of a game like this, after some of that shit last year.

Nice win. Great to finally beat someone soundly instead of our normal 20-15 games. KC is a pretty bad team but you gotta give our defense credit. Seems like Kemo is making more plays this year, not sure if we're asking him to do something different than years past but he's been pretty stout. If we can get production from Charles Johnson on a consistent basis that'll be huge for our defense. Huard looked really bad this week after looking very solid last week. I thought Gonzalez and Bowe would tear us up a bit but we did a surprisingly good job against them.
Offensively we did a nice job. 206 yards on the ground. For some reason it doesn't seem like we had that much, but impressive nonetheless. Not sure where that speed from Moose came from. Taking a slant to the house?? That's Colbert-esque. It lookded like the Chiefs pretty much just gave up. Note: we love that deep dig to Smitty.
The two turnovers were pretty disconcerting though. Two turnovers in the red-zone? Against a better team that would really really hurt us. Luckily the Chiefs aren't good.

Between Croyle and Huard, neither have started a back to back game due to getting injured in regular season games. Thigpen had taken over while Huard was able to heal up. I think Croyle will be out a while with a bad arm/shoulder. KC hasn't had any consistency in their QB position.

I hated the Chiefs winning against Denver last week, but then I realized that win will help the Raiders, although I'm sure they won't do squat this year either!

Yes, I don't count this as a sign that we're really good, and yes, it was fun to see anyway.
