I can't say anything about the Indy game, but their receivers were not very good against the Packers. Berrian hasn't had the immediate impact that I thought he might.

I don't think Gus Frerotte can magically fix that.

People were talking about how the Vikings had been resurgent under Childress, but that doesn't make any sense. He hasn't even been able to match the success of Mike Tice.

FWIW Sydney Rice hurt his knee (said he felt a "pop"), looks like Allison from ECU could get a shot.

Lucas worries me some in coverage, letting slow ass Booker get behind him

I don't think we'll play their receivers quite as tight. I haven't watched the game again but I thought Booker might have gotten Lucas on a double move.

That was scary. I was sitting behind the endzone and it looked like an easy touchdown in the air.

Sidney Rice is out with a sprained knee. Barian's foot is fucked up. Jackson sucks bull semen.

Hoping to see us load the line!

I re-watched the game this morning, it looked like Booker just ran right by him. I don't think Lucas was figuring him for a deep route.

Yeah, and they'd been throwing short all day.

I should add, for clarification, that it wasn't a matter of Lucas thinking he was releasing him to Godfrey, it was his man all the way and he knew it. Hopefully film watching and discussion will lessen the chance of sleeping out there.

Anyhow, Orton barely missed on that throw, a couple of feet at most. A guy with some speed might have caught up with it.
