Being articulate has nothing to do with color - or at least not to me. It's about being a "dumb jock" or someone who spent as much time working on education as sports. You aren't "naturally articulate" because you're white - good grief listen to most of the Southerners they dig up to interview on tv.

Quite a few of those guys were successful just sitting in the pocket, you dumbass.
Yeah, it's just coincidence that they were all black and that you included some like Culpepper who weren't really even considered running quarterbacks. You said something dumb and racist. Don't try to defend it, just drop it.

So saying Vince Young should be developed in the mold of other successful quarterbacks who depend on running with the ball to be successful is racist? The only thing that I said that could be taken that way was all my examples were black. The only reason for that is that I could not think of any quarterbacks who had been successful with that type of game that were white. Randy Fasani had a game sort of like that but he was not successful....

Culpepper was always a threat to run with the ball. Once he lost that his game fell off the face of the earth.

YOUNG’S MOM: VINCE SAID HE DIDN’T WANT TO PLAY FOOTBALL ANYMORE

As the latest NFL soap opera continues to churn, the mother of Titans quarterback Vince Young has offered up her take on the situation.

She says that, on Monday, Young said he didn’t want to play football anymore.

“Vince has gone through a whole lot as a young person,’’ Felicia Young said, according to the Tennessean. “And I think he has done pretty well up to this point. But it is hard, all he is going through right now. He’s hurting inside and out.”

On Monday evening, Young’s words and/or actions prompted friends to contact coach Jeff Fisher, who then called police. Clearly, the situation was at a point where someone feared that Vince might do something drastic.

In the aftermath of Monday night’s events, the Titans declared that it was all a misunderstanding. But, based on what Young’s mother is saying, it sounds like there are still some unresolved issues.

“What would you think, if you were tired of being ridiculed and persecuted and talked about and not being treated very well, what would you do?” Felicia Young said. “What kind of decision would you make? He may not want to deal with it all, but you have to get to that point before you make that decision first.”

“He will be fine if people are prayerful and help my baby boy out,” Felicia Young said. “He is a young man. He just needs a lot of love and support.’’

Yes, because you only named black quarterbacks and several of the guys you named were not just "running quarterbacks" like Young. Apparently you think any quarterback with black skin is just a "running quarterback."

Again, just drop it. We provided statistics showing that you have no idea what you're talking about. Shut your mouth before you make things any worse for yourself.
That's retarded. Culpepper didn't just have passing success because teams were scared of him running, otherwise Vick would have been a good passer as well. The fact is that blowing up your knee is traumatic, and the knee is very important in a quarterback's throwing motion. Most people don't understand how the lower body influences throwing, but it has a significant effect. Plus Culpepper hasn't been in the right offensive system since Linnehan left Minnesota.

You have no clue what you're talking about, you never have a clue what you're talking about, and you said something racist. Stop digging your grave any deeper.
