I got a feeling that Harvey wont be there when we pick! I can see the Patriots getting him and putting him at Colvin's old rush LB spot!
And If the Pats dont get him, the Bills at 11 will!! Which makes our decision a little easier.........OT or Mendenhall!!!

If Clady is there I probably take him. If it is Williams or Harvey it is a close call but I probably go with Harvey.

Fuck it I'll do it again

    13. Ryan Clady - OT - Easy choice here. Either him or Williams. I have a preference for Clady so he's the choice. Should be able to man LT early on.

    43. Pat Sims - DT - This is a toss up between Sims, Lawrence Jackson and Marcus Harrison. All should be a boost to the D-line. Reggie Smith was an option at safety. But felt the bigger need on the line

    67. Kevin Smith - RB - He wasn't here last time I drafted and wasn't expecting him but a big need and pretty good value.

    74. Jason Jones - DE - Toss up between him and Tyrell Johnson the safety. I like Jones and should be a good rush end with potential to develop into an everydown DE down the line.

    109. Thomas DeCoud - S - Easy Easy pick. Surprised he was still here. Young FS that will help on ST right away and hopefully develop into a nice compliment to Harris.

    145. Dejuan Tribble - CB - BPA

Ok based on the new one:

    13 - Clady - no brainer
43 - Lawrence Jackson - best DE left on the board
67 - Chris Ellis - too much at DE? Last in the league in pass rush last year!
74 - Kevin Smith - we need a RB somewhere
    109 - Thomas Decoud - safety is a need
    145 - Keilen Dykes - he is a DT.....

    43-Sims
    67-DeJaun Morgan
    74-John David Booty
    109-Mike Hart

    13. Ryan Clady, OT. Has the natural ability to play LT for us for the next decade. I'd prefer Chris Williams, and think he's more starter ready for us to play from day one, but Clady will be fine soon enough. Thought hard about Harvey, but value-wise, Clady is too hard to pass up, and when he makes the transition, has the ability to be an elite bookend with Gross for years to come. With Clady, Gross, Wharton and Kalil, we have a very young line tied up for a long time, assuming (and I do) that we'll sign Gross to a long term deal.

    43. Lawrence Jackson, DE. Pounce on him. Gives us an active player on the edge, a guy who plays the run well, too. A good foundation piece for the defense, and help on the line. He could be very similar to Rucker, and provide a sorely lacking leadership quality to this team. I sincerely doubt he'll last this long---might even be drafted in the end of round one, so this is a coup.

    67. Red Bryant, DT. Another pounce. Paired up with Jackson to provide an injection of youth and strength to a lacksidasical DL, Bryant will pair with Kemo on run downs to make a wall, and will replace him when he leaves. Anchor. Probably a starter by mid-season, along with Lewis. One more FA signing, and our DL has the potential to be a credible unit again.

    74. Terrell Thomas, DB. Great value pick up who can play corner, and can slide to FS. Very physical, considered team leader by teammates, vocal---some injury questions, but in the third round, could be a steal. Excellent value. Would probably replace Holt at FS if worked hard enough in camp early. Can play nickel, dime----gives us insurance if Gamble leaves, can slide to third corner anytime. Could play most positions in the secondary, with a smashmouth presence. Would more than likely be a valued role player at the very least for years to come.

    109. Eric Young, OG. Could be a steal. Fits the big, mauler type we seem to want all of a sudden. If not this year, would probably start next year as long as he works hard. A very good chance next year, the OL will look like: Clady, Wharton, Kalil, Young, Gross. On paper anyway, that isn't bad at all.

    145. Chris Harrington, DE. Just using the gbnreport list here, but Harrington could be better than the guys we have now depth-wise, anyhow. Could turn into a hardworking surprise player like Carstens was, even though he was undrafted....might play a significant role in the rotation. Very possible that everyone here sticks on the team so far.

    13. Clady - I guess. He can do left or right tackle, Williams is a left. I'm fine with either.

    43. Lawrence Jackson, DE

    67. Kevin Smith, RB - nice to see him here after last exercise.
    74. Demario Pressley, DT - I didn't take him here when he was here last time, but this changes because of the run on DL.

    109. Thomas Decoud, DB - Falls nicely here despite relative lack of need (yeah, I know, but we do have some youth so this is not a dire need).

    145. Peyton Hillis, FB - not listed, solid all-around FB.

    13. Phillip Merling DE - I still think Merling is a top ten talent

    43. Sam Baker OT - Baker kinda reminds me of Eric Winston when he came out

    67. Tyrell Johnson S - Battle for spot as starter

    74. John Carlson TE - Great Value at this spot IMO

    109. Jeremy Thompson - Special teams and depth

    145. David Roach DB - This guy is a steal at 145
