I did a mock draft (with other people) on another site and that's exactly who I came up with also.

 

I like it when Piper mocks DaveW/Boma better.

Dammit, I thought this said Kiper's Annual Mock til I looked at it and it actually made sense.

 

Something happened when I copied from my exel spreadsheet, it posted WilliamsWilliamsWilliams name where Phillips name, team, and position should be. So that was the edit.

Kenny Philips goes to Tampa. The defense in Tampa is a little old.
