    What if

    1. carolina still picked up matt moore when they did.
    delhomme, moore, basenaz

    2. picked Naja Davenport when available, and still drafted D. williams

    3. kept moose, smith, got wes welker for the 2nd round pick the dolphins asked for. and still got carter or ryne robinson or someone else.

    4. kept Jovan haye, tony brown and witherspoon. cut morgan and foster along time ago.

    5. kept manning jr.
    6. got a good free saftey before minter retired!

    our roster would be


    qb- jake, moore, basenez
    rb- williams, davenport, goings
    fb- hoover
    te- king, rosario,
    wr. smith, moose , welker, robinson
    our line
    De- pep, rucker, tony brown, jovan haye, jenkins, and others
    lb- davis beason witherspoon. diggs
    gamble, manning jr., marshall, welsey, deloatch
    harris, and who ever.

    I was pissed when we kept Morgan and let Spoon walk. I still am pissed. The rest of those moves or non-moves are hard to blame on Hurney.

    We needed another WR were are our scouts? I was watching a fins game one time and saw Welker play and I knew he was bad ass. fOR A 2ND ROUND PICK (DWAYNE JARRETT) :wtf23:

    Why do people always says this. From what I remember we were talking with both at the same time and Morgan took his offer and Spoon decided to play the FA market where St. Louis gave him a huge deal. We didn't give all the money to Morgan and give Spoon a kick in the ass on the way out the door.

    The same thing irks me when people say we should have kept Moose. No one thought Moose was worth what the Bears paid him and even so I'd heard that Carolina's offer to him was not as far from the deal with the Bears than most might think.

    In any event, woulda, coulda, shoulda.

    carolina didn't have the money to afford both morgan and spoon, so they paid morgan and let spoon walk. thats why people a mad

    Letting Spoon walk was bad. Giving a big contract to Danica was horrendous.
