Not me. I don't really follow the reasoning of keeping a player that doesn't work for your team for fear of a hypothetical. If he's not productive, he's not productive.

    good move!
never really thought anyone would be dumb enough to trade for him since he's making too much money!
just dump him now and move forward

Yeah, I agree.....if he goes somewhere else and produces, I'd just chalk it up to the new environment.

I also agree!! If he goes to San Francisco and rushes for a thousand yards......I wont blame the front office!
    He had plenty of chances!

as of the start of the fiscal year you have to be under the cap daily. They could sign Muhammad, Crumpler, have room for the Gross tag and still be fine right now, but they'd eventually have to get under the cap.

I guess they tried to shop him and just didn't find suitors, so they did it. I don't know if that means they do have a suitor or two for the other guys or what.

I hate to see him gone. By the time he became a consistent inside runner, he just didn't have the burst he had in 05.

I was a Foster fan, still will be if he's not competing against us. It's a damned shame we were too inept to put together a decent OL for him.
