    Cut Hartwig, Foster and Kemo
    Keep Jenkins and Hoover

Sign Bryant Johnson and Musa Smith

    Not bad!!
Keep Hartwig, trade Foster for 4th rounder, cut Kimo!
Sign Julius Jones or T.J. Duckett! (Michael Turner would be ideal)

sign D.J. Hackett and TE Ben Troupe, DE Antwan Odom, and T Max Starks

    13. Calais Campbell DE 6-7, 282 Miami
    43. Carl Nicks OT 6-5, 335 Nebraska (or Joe Flacco QB)
    74. Jamar Adams DB 6-2, 210 Michigan

WTF is this cut Hartwig shit?

It will cost millions to dump him. We cannot find a replacement body for -$millions.

Bench him, fine if he gets beat. Cutting him is fuckering stupid.

    Last one before the combine.

    13. Mendenhall RB I'm warming up to getting a RB if he or Stewart is available. DE may have more value, but I think these guys may give us a chance at having an elite back that can keep the D fresh and off the field.

    43. Carl Nicks Left OT/G This pick would be interchangable with Wharton. If the plan is to let Gross play a year and walk, I'd take Cherilus instead, whom I'd consider more of a RT.

    74. Lawrence Jackson DE He may be more of an all around DE than pass rushing specialist, but would be an upgrade .

106? Eric Young G Third rated pure guard. I'm hoping this spot is addressed in FA.

138? DJ Wolf DB Has played RB, CB and S. Most likely a ST guy. Does everything well, but nothing great.

Now that we know the staff is leaning toward Wharton at LG....

    13. Calais Campbell, DE - He and Merling are upgrades over McClover and Johnson. I'd be fine with Merling here, too

    43. Gosder Cherilus, OT - Better fit at RT than LT but a very nice OT talent in round 2

    74. Duane Brown, OT - a reach here according to GBN, but has the athleticism to develop into a nice LT. Potential to be better there than Gross or Cherilus.

106-ish. Nick Hayden, DT - Wisconsin kid is a hard working DT that will have a long career as an occassional starter/3rd DT. A Jordan Carstens type of player you want on your roster. Safe pick here.

6th rnd - Corey Boyd, RB, South Carolina - he would be a very good #2 behind DeAngelo....

(above is assuming we sign Moose)

Are we building a football team or a choir?? :)

IMO they are a thing of the past, but you never know until you do your investigation and background check.
