    really, i cant believe how hurney has been allowed to stay as long as he has, do we have more first day picks off our roster than we do on it???

    I think it unfair to blame Hurney for personnel decisions. He readily admits he doesn't make them.

    It is fair to blame Hurney for unfavorable contracts.

    I blame Richardson for not having a GM that can add input into our personnel decisions.

    who is making personnel decisions then?? didnt they learn from the Capers experience about the coach making those decisions??

    Clean house at the end of the year. Go steal someone in the inner circle of the Patriots or Steelers. Both of these teams get the best available college talent and make smarter decisions in free agency

    I have resisted the Fox must go rhetoric in part because I have always felt today's NFL coaches don't get enough time. I have always admired teams resistant to changing coaches such as with Pittsburgh. The reality is last year I felt like Fox had an awful season.

    So far this year....sort of tough. Part of me wants him to be able to weather the storm and make the Panthers a contender but I am loosing confidence, the ship is taking on water.
