Do I eat CROW ?????

I clapped when he got carted off, too, and I threw a ball at my plasma and almost broke it when he started warming up.

I did the same thing with a softer ball when the 4th quarter started and Delhomme did not go in.

I think Carr is terrible. I'm glad he's OK, and I admire his 'mettle', but I still think he sucks.

Carr got the win .... and I was wrong ..... But Smitty's 17 yd catch and run to set up Kasay's 52 yard FG - got Carr this win ....

 

I don't think Carr looked great, but I think we should cut him a break. He's only been backup for 2 fucking games and he looked better against the Saints than he did against the Bucs. I'd rather have him back there than Jeff Lewis or Chris Weinke. He completed 10 of 17 for 58 % completion, 1 TD, 1 int. Brees was 29 for 47 for 59% and 2 int's, so Brees was no better, I'd say worse.

Who in the hell else is out there we can get right now that's any better? NOT Frerotte or Dilfer.

I hope Jake comes back but I have a feeling they're going to try to save him until after the bye week.

 

Yeah, don't get me wrong, I don't have a whole lot of confidence in him, but damn, he's not Weinke. He helped us win the Falcon game and he (somewhat) helped us win this game. He's not great, but its not like he got too many chances since our defense is giving up drives that eat up the whole quarter.
