curious that Teal was out, but we went heavy on CB. Johnson and McClover inactive for Grigsby was big and Grigsby went out and earned that crap, too.

overall, he didn't get pushed around a ton, but on that one play, he got absolutely blown off the ball. I like his size and quickness but he's not the type guy you'd expect to be a two gap technique guy. Luckily we're not using him that way, but it's still curious.

Also, I did see Davis outside Peppers about 5-6 times, and I don't really like that as much. We actually did move Peppers around a bit, which was more than I figured.

Otis showed why he's on the squad. He had some big hits.

After Jenks earholed Bulger, he was never the same.

that spin move he laid on Brown - I saw it coming, and I saw it set up. I figured, no way that works out. And he came around and finished it. Good plays against the run, too. I hate that I said so much negative about him in preseason, but he was blowing.

    :behead:

Jenx about killed Bolger. Great to see Jenkins and Rucker out there after all that doubt and even apathy about them coming back, people forgetting they're a big part of our core.

Also, I noticed Morgan right on Jackson a number of times. Nice coverage. No big botches deep by anybody, just some sideline/underneath.

Lucas didn't hold. That crap was bogus.

If Carter can play like he did today on a consistent basis we've got a nice set of offensive weapons. Big IF though.

    yep.

He's still not our starter, IMO. He's still inconsistent. But all the same, I thought it was odd that people proclaimed Colbert's resurrection like he had been the key in a bunch of blowout wins. He caught a handful of decent balls and made a play for a score.

That's all we need out of either guy, though. Make a couple plays. King's apparently our guy for a short first down.

PS - Rosario was milkcartoned. Where'd he go?

I wasn't feeling that good about this before the game but that was an impressive performance. Not much to complain about at all
