Saints at Colts
- Both defenses will probably suck bigtime, so I'll give Manning the slight edge over Brees and Co.

Eagles at Packers
- McNabb should have a great year and that defense looks revamped. Meanwhile, I think Favre is pretty much at the end of the road.

Chiefs at Texans
- Looks like Houston has found their compliment to Johnson in Jacoby Jones. The Chiefs have more issues than just QB. They might be the worst team in that division.

Broncos at Bills
- Denver always looks like crap on opening day. I think they'll be a very good team this year, but this looks like one of those cases where the better team doesn't show up.

Steelers at Browns
- I think the Steelers will win this division.

Panthers at Rams
- There's been plenty of chatter about our demise, but the Rams have been having their own issues. Specifically, that defense still looks like shit. Bulger and Jackson should do some damage against us, but we'll do enough on offense to counter it.

Falcons at Vikings
- The Falcons might end this game with negative rushing yardage. If you had to pick the lowest scoring game of the week, this might be a good option.

Patriots at Jets
- He probably won't admit it, but Belichick had to have highlighted this game when the schedule came out. I don't think NE will hold anything back. NY could be a better team this year, yet lose two or three more games than in they did in '06.

Dolphins at Redskins
- Another low-scoring game, but I think Campbell gives them enough for a home win over the Ginn Family.

Titans at Jaguars
- 3-straight season opening wins for the Jags (probably should have been 4), and I don't think Tennessee has enough good players to compete.

Bears at Chargers
- The commercial is realistic. Too much LT for that defense to handle. Plus, it doesn't help Chicago that their quarterback is still a fuckhead when it comes to securing the football, and you can't beat a good team, on the road, if you don't take care of the football.

Bucs at Seahawks
- This will be a good game. I'll give Seattle the edge because they play well at home, but Tampa will have a resurgence this year.

Lions at Raiders
- Tough game to call. I feel like Detroit is a little further along at this point.

Giants at Cowboys
- With Barber out of the way, I don't see much trouble here for Dallas, unless Romo gets liberal with the football.

Ravens at Bengals
- Chad Johnson does well against the secondary.

Cardinals at 49ers
- I think both teams have been given a little too much hype. I'll tip the scales to San Fran since this is at their house, but these teams are probably about even.

Carolina at St. Louis - more of a hope than anything logical
Atlanta at Minnesota - my friggin gut says asslanta is this years katrina vicktims (at least for a few games until foes have film on Petrinos plan)
New England at NY Jets - Jets give Belichick fits, and Brady and his team mates might be a lil' too cocky . ..
Miami at Washington - the phins might take a while to get going
Tennessee at Jacksonville - Young will keep it close though
Chicago at San Diego - bolts are better
Tampa Bay at Seattle - Gruden is losin' it
Detroit at Oakland - close one . . . raider D the difference. Poor Lions fans
NY Giants at Dallas - i'm thinking the giants are in for a rough season
