thanks for the feedback. i think that is the first positive comment i've heard on Shelton. why do you say he looks a lot better? really pulling for Mathis to make the team and start showing some signs of being a really good OL.

There were two or three runs during the 11 v 11 that I said "Wow, D Williams is kicking ass!" but it was Shelton running. I swear he looked much better, quicker, and he even made a comment to Foster about just let him get into a game, etc after one of them.

really glad we have him, and glad he's put in the steps to fix some of his greatest problems (and glad we're not relying on a 30 year old overpaid backup to take situational rushes). But the McClover bandwagon's rolling awfully fast for with two games and no sacks, don't you think?

I look forward to seeing him kick ass, though.

It helps that he looks cool. I'm not ready to write off Rucker just yet, but I have to admit that I'm stoked about having McClover and Johnson to play opposite Peppers for the next few years.

I don't want to be disappointed that Johnson looks a little lost. I know his game isn't the speed thing that McClover excels at, and that his game is going to be technique, but I think Johnson might not contribute as much this year.

How has Ken Lucas looked? I am looking for him to make a huge comeback this season. Thanks.

Lucas and Gamble both looked healthy. Thats a plus. Neither has been lit up by 89 like Deloach and a few others. Both were working Jarrett over whenever he was thrown to.

Butler still looks like an orange with two toothpicks stuck on it for legs. I think he's working with the 3rd stringers, but its a bit hard to tell with all of the players moving around.

Trying to go again Thursday hopefully.
