Offense looks good against 2nd stringers.

TE's are a part of the game again.

Our runners look good - except for Shelton.

    Basanez is #4.

    it was boring

    Carr looked unimpressive

Shelton sucks, it could be time to say goodbye

    Ryne Robinson is shifty

they still enforce not standing around when the place is 1/5 full

    Hot.
The only time Shelton stood out to me was when Carr hit him between the 3 and the 2 and it boucned off his chest.
Carr looked a little indecisive, really unusual delivery, throws a hard ball.

He stood out when he coughed it up twice too.

How were the autograph opportunities? A friend of mine went yesterday in the am and said that only the first or second year players were signing. Although he said Kerry Colbert was signing a LONG time saying, the fans pay the bills :clapclap:

1st team Safetys = Cooper and Wilson

1st team Oline = Wharton, Wahle, Hartwig, Bridges, Gross

    1st team TE = King

    Random thoughts:

Unless we go 0-6 or Jake gets hurt he's the starter. 7-7 and 11-11 the O was sharper with him in there. He had a nice TD pass to King in 7-7 and a TD to Gaines in 11-11. DeAngelo almost got the corner a few plays before for a TD but was pushed out at the 1.

Carr was unimpressive. A few dumpoffs, I remember 1 long one that Lucas would have picked if it had been on target. Seemed to hang on to it too long and end up running, even in 7-7 drills.

DeShaun and DeAngelo both had nice runs. Haynes did too; he'll be the 3rd back unless someone lights a fire under Shelton. Steven Jackson is a load. Dude got the shit knocked out of him 3 times (once out of bounds) and was still going.

Smith looked ready to start the season

King's the starter at TE. The one go route for 7 in 7-7 and Jake hit him in the seam for a nice gain in 11-11. I hope we see that in reg season.

Kasay may be losing some leg strength. Had two short from 60 & 62 (both were on line). He did drill a 47 yarder so it could have just been the heat...

McClover is a beast. He made one Pepperesque play nailing the ball carrier on the other side of the field.

Tim Shaw looked quicker than I expected and made some nice hits. Seward looked OK, I'd like to see him alot in preseason.

Rookies: Beason looked about as good as Morgan the last few seasons..:94poopbanana-thumb1
Jarrett nothing impressive, Kalil didn't really watch him too much, Johnson didn't watch him, Robinson had a few nice catches and had sure hands on the returns. Rosario had a nice catch and run where he tried to hurdle a guy. Wilson didn't get burned but I didn't watch him to much.

Thanks. Was Wilson playing SS or FS?

Bridges must be playing pretty well for no one else to rotate into his spot.
